Distrix Set B and Distrix are equivalent stand-alone games. Whereas Distrix has a black box, black-backed tiles, and rectangular tokens, Distrix Set B has a white box, white-backed tiles, and cylindrical tokens. Distrix Set B is newer and has slightly higher quality components than Distrix.
All Distrix expansion games require at least 2 game sets, and most require 2 different game sets: Distrix and Distrix Set B.
